Maps show that the Syrian opposition has regained control of the entire city of Idlib and its countryside, as well as control of the city of Aleppo, except for neighborhoods where Kurdish forces are still present, in addition to controlling other areas of the Hama countryside, where clashes continue.

As part of operations “Deterrence of Aggression” and “Dawn of Freedom”, the armed opposition took control of several airports: Aleppo International Airport, the Ming army, the Abu al army -Duhur and Kuwairis, in addition to important military points, including defense laboratories and military colleges.

Since November 27, armed opposition factions in Syria have been engaged in clashes with regime forces in several regions.

Opposition forces entered Aleppo on Friday afternoon and took control of most of the city’s neighborhoods and important sites, including the governorate building, police stations and the historic Aleppo citadel.

He extended his control over the entire Idlib governorate on Saturday, after controlling several localities in his countryside, including the towns of Maarat al-Numan and Khan Shaykhun, in addition to the strategic town of Saraqeb.

Al-Fateh Operations Room spokesman Al-Mubin Hassan Abdul-Ghani said the operation aims to “break the enemy’s plans by directing a calculated pre-emptive strike on the positions of its militias, defending civilians from attacks.” the threat of military mobilizations of the regime, securing the liberated areas, repatriating the displaced to their homes and eliminating the influence of the regime and militias from the area controlled by the opposition in north-west Syria, and by limiting their repeated targeting of these areas. areas subject to artillery and missile bombardment.

During the operation to deter aggression, the “Syrian National Army” – affiliated with the opposition – announced on November 30 the start of work in the “Dawn of Freedom” operations room, which is a military operation aimed at “liberating” areas controlled by Syrian regime forces and so-called Kurdish units and their allies.
