Syrian President Ahmed Al -Shara condemned the plan of American president Donald Trump to move the people of Gaza, stressing that he will not succeed, and he has renewed his request for Western powers to raise the sanctions of his country.

Al -Shara criticized the American president, saying that “it is not ethics and politics to drive Trump to get the Palestinians out of their land”.
This comes within the framework of a large Arab and Islamic rejection of the Trump plan, which stressed that he was trying to “buy Gaza and to own it” in order to rebuild it, and to transfer the Palestinians to Jordan and in Egypt without having the right to return.
On the other hand, the Syrian president spoke of the sanctions imposed on his country and said that there was “an international agreement that he should be lifted”.
Al -Sharaa explained that Syria is faced with major security challenges, and one of its direct solutions is to carry out economic development.
He stressed that without reaching economic growth, there will be no stability and that would cause chaos and insecurity, he said.
The Syrian president also spoke of the reconstruction of the military establishment after the reversal of the Bashar Al -Assad regime, and said thousands of volunteers had joined the new Syrian army.
He explained that he had not imposed compulsory recruitment, but rather chose a voluntary recruitment, noting that a large number of young men fled Syria to escape the military service imposed by the previous regime.
