The Minister of Foreign Water Affairs meets his Israeli counterpart in Abu Dhabi News


The news agency Emirates said that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan received his Israeli counterpart in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, Gaza Raoun Saar.

The agency added that the meeting had discussed the worsening of the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip and regional and international efforts to resume the armistice agreement, reach a ceasefire and release prisoners.

She added that the Minister of Foreign Water Affairs had confirmed “the priority of work to reach a ceasefire and release the hostages”.

The agency also cited Minister Emirati saying that the tragic conditions suffered by civilians in the Gaza Strip require efforts to ensure the flow of urgent humanitarian aid.

For his part, Israeli Foreign Minister Gazaoun Sahaer said he had met the Minister of Foreign Water Affairs Abdullah Bin Zayed in Abu Dhabi for the second time, and discussed regional questions with him and strengthening relations.
