The negotiations of the mechanism for implementing the second phase of the agreement were to begin last Monday, that is to say the 16th day of the ceasefire, but the Haaretz newspaper quoted a member who does not did not appoint the support delegation to Netanyahu on his trip to Washington, saying that the latter will not be determined to implement the second stage of the agreement without eliminating Hamas.
