The head of the Kurdistan workers’ party, Abdullah Ocalan, called on all the groups to launch arms, called on the party to hold its conference and dissolve.
Ocalan added in a letter given by officials of the Turkish part “democracy and equality of peoples” on behalf and they visited him in his prison, that there is no other way than democracy and democratic dialogue, and there is no survival of the Republic except with fraternal democracy.
