This is a strategic plan launched by the Heritage Foundation (Heritage Corporation) on October 7, 2024, coinciding with the first anniversary of the Al -aqsa flood attack launched by the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip on the coverage establishments on October 7, 2023.

Name
The project employs a religious symbolism in its name to justify its repressive campaigns against the voices supporting Palestine, inspired by its name of a biblical history mentioned in “Book of Esther”, which took place in Persia in the fifth century BC, telling the Esther, a Jewish woman adopted by her cousin Mordechai, then she became wife of King Hashawirouche.
History adds that the Jews were subjected to a conspiracy of Haman, the king’s adviser, and planned to destroy them after Mordechai refused to bow before him.
At the request of Mordechai, Esther interfered with the king despite his fear of killing, and she managed to change the decision, which led to the execution of Haman and the issue of a decree to protect the Jews of the Empire.
Strategy and objectives
The project plan aims to criminalize activities supporting Palestine and reduce the impact of liberal organizations which provide financial support, by involving the federal government and the private sector in the implementation of a plan aimed at preventing demonstrations, in addition to expelling or imprisoning activists.
He seeks to dismantle what the project considers to be an “infrastructure that supports anti -promism” and achieve its objectives in a period between 12 and 24 months.
The project reflects an alliance between distant and evangelical Christians, in the light of the decline of popular support in Israel in the United States.
Despite this, the project is faced with many challenges, including the lack of support from major Jewish organizations, in addition to the remarkable change in American public opinion in favor of the Palestinian issue, in particular after the Al -Aqsa flood operation.
Heritage Foundation
It is an intellectual conservative institution established in 1973, known as among the most influential “right organizations” in Washington and the rest of the United States.
Its resources and influence were used to pay its conservative program in all aspects of American life, including invitations opposing abortion and climate policies, anti-gay calls and calls to amplify the military budget and Washington’s military role in the world.
