Khan, a British nationality, had started the procedures that prompted the International Criminal Court to issue arrest mandates against Netanyahu and Galant at the end of 2024.

International judges of the criminal court have concluded that there were “reasonable reasons” for suspicion of war crimes and crimes against humanity in the war launched by Israel against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.

She explained that war crimes attributed to Netanyahu and Galant understand the use of famine as a weapon of war, as well as crimes against humanity, which are murder, persecution and other inhuman acts.
