A number of fighters from the Jenin Brigade of the Al-Quds Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement – took part in a military parade in the streets of the camp in the West Bank.
The military march began in the alleys and streets of the camp, and the participants chanted songs and slogans denouncing the crimes of the occupation. The fighters stressed that the battle against the occupier was not over and that the field would see waves of arrivals.
The battalion’s fighters wandered through the streets and alleys of the camp wearing masks and carrying their machine guns.
In recent days, the resistance has engaged in violent clashes with Israeli forces, which launched a large-scale military operation in several areas of the northern West Bank. Operations and clashes also took place in Hebron and Bethlehem in the south.
