A Palestinian was killed by occupation gunfire in the town of Tubas in the occupied West Bank, while an Israeli special force stormed a Palestinian hospital in Hebron and arrested a wounded man.
Al Jazeera correspondent reported that a Palestinian was killed by occupation gunfire in Al-Fara’a camp in the northern West Bank city of Tubas.
The journalist reported that the occupation forces stormed the Al-Arroub camp, north of Hebron, and the town of Dura, south of Hebron, in the West Bank.
On the other hand, an Israeli special force stormed the government hospital in Halhul, north of Hebron, and arrested the young man, Ayham Imad Al-Bo, who was injured in a vehicle explosion in the Haska area, north of Hebron, a month ago.
The occupation forces pushed military reinforcements to the northern entrance of Halhul, while special forces stormed the hospital, which withdrew after arresting the injured person.
This comes after extremist MK Zvi Sukkot stormed a room in a Jerusalem hospital where the perpetrator of Wednesday’s car-ramming attack in the middle of the occupied West Bank was being held, and vowed to kill him.
According to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, Sukkot stormed the room where the Palestinian was lying at Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek hospital.
Addressing the wounded Palestinian, Sukkot said: “We will make sure that the State of Israel does not kill you. We will pass a law that will kill you.”
Sukkot is a representative of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) party, led by extremist National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir.

8 martyrs
On Wednesday, eight Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting the towns of Tubas and Tulkarm in the northern occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that five Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted them in the town of Tubas.
In another incident, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Ramallah said on Wednesday evening: “Three martyrs arrived at Al-Israa Specialized Hospital in the city of Tulkarem following the bombing of a vehicle by the occupation.”
Also in the southern West Bank, the official Palestinian news agency (Wafa) reported that a child was seriously beaten and burned with cigarettes in the village of Husan, west of the city of Bethlehem.
The agency reported that the occupation forces arrested the child, Muhammad Ibrahim Hamamra (17), as he was returning from his workplace at a car wash.
She added that the soldiers beat him severely, in addition to putting out cigarettes on his body, which left him with bruises, injuries and burns on parts of his body, before he was released, where he was transferred to the government hospital in Beit Jala.
He reports other cases of suffocation resulting from the inhalation of tear gas launched by the Israeli army during the assault on the village of Husan.
The agency reported that a force of the occupation army stormed the village of Husan and was stationed in the area of Al-Muteena at the eastern entrance, and fired stun grenades and toxic tear gas, which caused a number of citizens to suffocate due to inhaling the toxic tear gas.
She pointed out that the occupation soldiers took over the roof of a house in the area and turned it into a military barracks.

As for the northern West Bank, Wafa reported that the Israeli occupation forces arrested on Wednesday 11 citizens from the city of Tubas and the city of Tammoun.
The director of the Tubas Prisoners Club, Kamal Bani Odeh, said that the occupation forces arrested several other citizens of Tubas and Tamoun and later released them.
The Israeli army is continuing a military operation that it began at midnight on Wednesday in Tubas, which resulted in the death of five Palestinians in an aerial bombardment using a drone.
Also in the northern West Bank, the Israeli army stormed the town of Azzun and the village of Hajjah, east of Qalqilya, without any arrests being reported.
A young man from the town of Yamoun, west of Jenin, was also arrested while trying to cross into Jordan from the Karama crossing, the West Bank crossing into Jordan, the same source said.
Regarding the settler attacks, Al Jazeera’s correspondent said that a large number of Israeli settlers stormed the town of Awarta, southeast of the city of Nablus.
Settlers also attacked Palestinian vehicles near the village of Burin, south of Nablus, and threw stones at them on the road near the Yitzhar settlement, built on citizens’ land south of Nablus.
In parallel with its war on Gaza, the Israeli army has expanded its operations and settlers have intensified their attacks in the West Bank, bringing the toll to 702 dead, around 5,700 injured and more than 10,600 arrested, according to official Palestinian institutions.
The war waged by Israel – with broad American support – against Gaza has left more than 136,000 Palestinians martyred and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, in addition to a famine that has killed dozens of children.
