In the United States, a federal judge issued a resolution preventing government employees associated with the administration of the effectiveness of the government affiliated to Elon Musk to reach the Treasury files, which contains sensitive data which includes the numbers of social security and bank accounts for millions of Americans.
Judge Paul Inglamire warned that the new policy has endangered individuals and information sensitive to a great danger. The decision was made after 19 states filed a complaint against the administration of US President Donald Trump, to prevent government employees associated with the effectiveness of the government from reaching taxpayers’ files.
The judge said that the non-emotional order could lead to “irreparable damage”, noting that the regulations concerned will be more likely to penetrate than before. He also underlined the need to get rid of all the documents that were downloaded from the files of the Treasury Ministry immediately.
The trial led by Letetia James, the New York prosecutor, is based on cybersecurity concerns, as she said that authorizing the Musk agency to reach these files constitutes a major threat to data security and rights to the confidentiality of Americans.
The trial confirms that the Treasury Ministry does not allow legal or politicians to access sensitive data, describing the new policy as exhibiting financial and personal information at the risk of exploitation or penetration.
19 US state prosecutors have joined the trial, calling on states to cancel unauthorized access to data from the Treasury Ministry.
Prosecutors also expressed doubts about the use of government efficiency management of open source artificial intelligence systems to process sensitive data from other agencies, which has raised concerns about the management of personal information and financial for millions of Americans.

The repercussions of the case
In response to the judicial order, the White House declared that a mask had been appointed employee of the private government in this context, stressing that the eligible arrival will only be “for reading” while the investigation continues.
