Turkish-Israeli contacts to avoid confrontation in the news of Syria


Turkish and Israeli sources have said that technical talks had started between officers from the two countries to discuss the establishment of a mechanism to avoid conflict between them on Syrian soil.

The beginning was with the site of American News Axios, who was cited as an Israeli official saying that Turkish and Israeli officers discussed the establishment of a mechanism to break the confrontation between the armies of the two countries in Syria.

The Israeli canal 12 also cited an Israeli official that there are contacts that are currently taking place between Israel and Turkey concerning tensions on Syrian soil, adding that a coordination system between Israel and Turkey will be built on the system of the system which was with Russia while it is in Syria.

This decision comes after a statement by US President Donald Trump during his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a few days ago, urging the Israelis to act rationally to solve any problem with Türkiye.
