Details of the last 72 hours of negotiations between Hamas and Israel Nouvelles

Analysts agreed that Israel adopts a clear policy to escape the agreement of the prisoners of origin with the Islamic resistance movement (Hamas) and seeks not to join the advantages of the first stage, in particular with regard to the withdrawal of the axis of Philadelphia and humanitarian aid.

The Al -Jazeera correspondent, Tamer Al -Mashal, revealed the details of the indirect negotiations between Hamas and Israel, which took place in Doha in the last 72 hours, in the presence of Qatari and the Egyptian mediators and the American shipment Stephen Witkeov.

Al -Mashal explained that brokers have submitted a cease-fire proposal which includes 4 main elements under the title “An framework for an agreement on a permanent ceasefire”.

The proposal requires Hamas to be released on the first day of 5 of living Israeli hostages – including Alexander Alexander – compared to a certain number of Palestinian prisoners, then indirect negotiations will be launched within 50 days to reach a permanent cease -fire agreement.

Al -Mashal reported that Hamas had made changes to the proposal, in particular by modifying the title to become “permanent cease-fire mechanisms based on the January 17 agreement”, and suggested that Alexander and 4 organizations of soldiers with two nationalities.

Hamas also stipulated the start of the ceasefire immediately on the day of delivery, the opening of level passages and the resumption of aid before the release of the hostages, and the withdrawal of the philadelphia axis.

As for the Israeli response – according to the survey – it included the request for the publication of 11 of living hostages – including Alexander and 16 objects – in exchange for the launch of 120 Palestinian prisoners governed by life, 110 Gaza detainees after October 7 and 160 Palestinian bodies.

Reduce the negotiation period

Israel asked to reduce the period of negotiations by 50 to 40 days and set a new condition that Hamas presented the “signs of life” to all hostages before the negotiations start.

Al -Mashal stressed that the only point agreed by the two parties is to confirm the role of brokers (America, Qatar and Egypt) to ensure the completion of negotiations to reach a permanent cease-fire.

He declared that a delegation of Hamas leadership leadership led by Khalil Al -Hayya is currently present in Cairo, noting that the gaps are always excellent between the positions of the two parties, and that Hamas underlines the need that this proposal is an integral part of the fundamental agreement which was previously agreed.

The chief researcher of the American Council for Foreign Policy, Dr. James Robbins, said that the proposal submitted by Hamas to release all American prisoners – including Alexander Alexander and 4 bodies of two nationalities – “very important”.

“The bilateral talks between the United States and Hamas have been a goodwill gesture of President Donald Trump, and it is important for Hamas to implement what she said and not to add conditions in the last moments,” added Robbins.

He pointed out that “each declaration we listened to from the White House indicates the continuation of the agreement, the White House did not abandon it, but the question requires reaching the second stage,” noting that “the United States does not see Hamas in the rule of the Gaza Strip in the future”.

He added that “during the prolonged ceasefire period, the United States will seek to find a permanent solution to this incurable conflict”.

“The United States insists that humanitarian aid must continue to rush to the Gaza Strip, and this is a clear position for that.”

American bias

For his part, the writer and political analyst Ahmed Al -hailah criticized the American position, saying: “The position of Witakouf and the National Security Council presents a close approach to the position of Netanyahu.”

He added that “the declaration spoke of the proposal to extend the ceasefire in the first step and did not speak to the second stage”.

He considered that “there is a kind of communication and intersection between the American and Israeli parties to create a different parallel path from the course of the original agreement,” describing the American threat to “open the doors of hell” as “not a method of negotiation and not an honest method can be presented”.

As for the Israeli Academic and Affairs Expert, Dr. Muhannad Mustafa, he focused on the Israeli response, saying: “Israel has taken a clear secession policy on the initial agreement it signed, the first thing is not to respect all the advantages of the first stage.”

Mustafa added: “The essence of the proposal that Israel submitted for the 11 prisoners in the district who asked them to put the stick in the cupboards, and it is not intended to reach an agreement.”

He explained: “The difference between Hamas and Israel is that Hamas has changed the proposal in order to return to the initial agreement, while Israel is its amendments for the permanent disintegration of the initial agreement.”

During the episode, a new urgent urgent reported the withdrawal of Adam Buller’s candidacy as a presidential interview for the hostages of the US Department of State, the trick commented, saying: “This means that Israel supported in this direction to exclude this man”.

As for Mustafa, he considered that the Bowler player “had talks with Hamas, and this is what caused the Israeli right and the American right, and pushed his trip”.
