The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) welcomed today, Thursday, with a United Nations report, confirming that Israel had committed a genocide against the Palestinians in the occupied territories.
Today, Thursday, an investigation into the United Nations concluded that Israel had committed an extermination in the Gaza Strip thanks to the systematic destruction of genesic health establishments.
The United Nations Inquiry Committee indicated that Israel had intentionally attacked the main fertility center in the Palestinian sector and simultaneously imposed a seat, and prevented the aid, including the drugs necessary to ensure the safety of pregnancy, childbirth and childcare services.

In a press release, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for the protection of the Committee and to guarantee its continuous work, far from any political pressure or tries to question its credibility, stressing that “the suffering incurred by our people, women, men and children, is an unacceptable suffering, and it cannot be neglected, and the attacks must be held and kept responsible”.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that “the results concluded by the report reflect the reality of crimes and violations to which the Palestinian people have been exposed since the Nakba, which has exceeded the limits of the possibility”.
He also refused “any attempt to undermine or hinder the work of the committee”, considering that these attempts aim to “grant immunity to Israel of responsibility and to improve the policy of impunity, which is a complicity in the crime of genocide”.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on all countries, international organizations and civil society institutions to “support the independent international investigation committee and its mandate, implement its recommendations, put an end to the impunity policy that Israel enjoys and ensure protection and justice for the victims of our people”.
In turn, Hamas considered that the United Nations report confirms that Israel had committed a “genocide” in Gaza.
“The report confirms the genocide and the violations obtained by all human and legal standards,” a spokesman for Hamas told the French press agency.

Accusations
For its part, Israel accused the committee of passing a “biased and predetermined political program … in a gross attempt to criminalize the Israeli defense forces”.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected the results of the report, describing him as biased and anti -mitic. “Instead of focusing on crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by the terrorist organization Hamas … The United Nations again chooses to attack the state of Israel with false accusations,” he said in a statement.
According to the United Nations report, Israel has increasingly resorted to the use of sexual violence and violence and other violence by the sexes against the Palestinians.
“Israel) also committed a genocide by the systematic destruction of sexual and reproductive health care establishments”, “in the context of wider efforts to undermine their (Palestinian) rights to self -determination,” according to the report.
The report documents “a wide range of violations against women, men, girls and Palestinian boys through the land occupied since October 7, 2023.”
Victims and witnesses
The publication of the report was accompanied by two days of general listening sessions in Geneva on March 11 and 12, during which the Committee heard the victims and witnesses of sexual violence and abandonment and members of the medical staff who helped them, in addition to representatives of civil society, academics, lawyers and medical experts.
The report accused the Israeli occupation forces of the use of forced public erosion and sexual assault in the context of regular measures to carry out operations to punish the Palestinians after the al -aqsa flood operation on October 7, 2023.

During a series of hearings held by the Committee this week in Geneva, a nurse from Gaza, the report mentioned by the name of said only to protect him, said the Israeli forces kidnapped him and forced him to publicly withdraw his underwear, and added that he had been beaten in his genitals during his detention.
“This is a physical attack, but it is also a psychological attack,” said Chris Sidoti, one of the three members of the Inquiry in violation committed in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories.
Israel is one of the signed countries of the genocide prevention treaty, and the International Court of Justice ordered it in January 2024 from taking measures to prevent genocide during the war against Gaza.
But Israel is not part of the basic system of Rome, which gives the International Criminal Court the power to make decisions on individual criminal affairs that involve genocide and crimes against humanity.
South Africa has filed a case before the International Court of Justice accusing Israel of genocide because of its actions in the Gaza Strip.
