While international humanitarian law states that no one is punished for a violation that he has not committed, the Israeli authorities of the occupation have requested the policy of collective sanction against the Palestinians in the West Bank since the start of the aggression against Gaza on October 7, 2023.
While the Occupation has exceeded the various international standards and laws of the war of extermination on the Gaza Strip under the pretext of responding to the attack on October 7, the volume of violations and collective sanctions in the West Bank increased significantly, according to experts and human rights and international organizations and is not the least happens in Gaza.
The sanctions are not limited to the army of the practical occupation, but is accompanied by decisions of the Israeli Knesset, including the expulsion of families of prisoners who carried out operations against the occupation of the city of Jerusalem and the attacks which have reached the extent of the displacement of whole Palestinian rallies.
