Sharia law receives an invitation to participate in the Arab Emergency Summit in Egypt News


The Syrian presidency said on Sunday that President Ahmed Al -Sharaa had received an invitation from his Egyptian counterpart Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi to participate in the Arab summit presented by US President Donald Trump and spoke of the trip of Palestinians in the sector.

The Reuters news agency considered this invitation to be a big step on the way to strengthen its relations with the Arab world after the fall of Bashar Al -Assad last January after an attack on the opposition.

In turn, Al -Shara described Trump’s plan as “a major crime that will not succeed”.

It should be noted that Syria’s membership in the Arab States League was suspended in 2011 during the reign of former President Bashar Al -Sassad because of his bloody repression of pro -democracy demonstrations that have transformed a war devastating. Damascus was authorized to return to the regional block in 2023.
