French fans attending the closing ceremony of the Paralympic Games (Paris 2024) booed French President Emmanuel Macron as he stood up and was introduced by the official channel at the Stade de France.
Video clips posted on social media showed the boos were clear against Macron just two days after mass protests took place across France demanding his resignation over his refusal to appoint a prime minister from the victorious left-wing movement.

The end of the Paralympic Games
The curtain fell on the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games in a festive atmosphere at the Stade de France, despite the rain that fell yesterday Sunday.
24 French DJs took part in the reprise of the last part of the concert.
Earlier, 169 delegations took part in a parade to the sound of classical French music, which inspired the masses to sing along.
Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris, presented the Paralympic flag to Andrew Parsons, President of the International Paralympic Committee, who presented it to Caris Bass, Mayor of Los Angeles, and the first black mayor to receive the Paralympic flag at the Closing Ceremony.
Allie Storker sang the American national anthem.
