New toll

Thus, the number of victims of the Israeli aggression against Gaza since October 7th stands at 40,988 martyrs and 94,825 wounded.
Israeli incursion
Also on the ground, the Israeli army announced today that it would launch a military operation in several neighborhoods in the northern Gaza Strip.
Its spokesman, Avichai Adraee, published on the X platform a map that includes the neighborhoods that will be included in the supposed ground operation.
The Israeli spokesman called on residents of the neighborhoods in question to leave, describing them as a “dangerous combat zone,” and spoke of Palestinian factions firing rockets from inside.
The Israeli threat to launch an incursion into the region came on the eve of the launch of the polio vaccination campaign in the Gaza and northern governorates.
Anatolia Agency said that the areas of Sultan, Al-Atatra, Al-Tawam, Al-Karama and Al-Isra (northwest of Beit Lahia) have seen displacement of remaining residents.
The agency also reported that the occupation forces carried out a limited incursion today northeast of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, under heavy gunfire and artillery shelling.
In recent weeks, the Israeli army has carried out incursions into the south and centre of the Gaza Strip, including Khan Yunis and Deir al-Balah, displacing tens of thousands of residents.

Two hospitals are under threat
Meanwhile, the administration of Indonesian and Kamal Adwan hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip announced that the two hospitals are threatened to cease their work in the next 48 hours due to the Israeli occupation army preventing the entry of fuel and necessary medical supplies.
The directors of the two hospitals warned that this would expose the lives of the patients to the risk of certain death and stressed that the condition of the injured would become catastrophic if no intervention was made. Stressing that the lack of fuel in the intensive and neonatal care wards threatens the death of dozens of children, as children arrive at the hospitals every day in very critical conditions due to the incessant raids.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital spokesman Khalil Al-Dakran told Al Jazeera that the occupation army is using a policy of economy in sending fuel to hospitals and therefore continues to exert pressure to decommission the remaining hospitals, and he appealed to international organizations to send the fuel that the health system needs.
